Watch your thoughts: They become your words.
Watch your words: They become your actions.
Watch your actions: They become your habits.
Watch your habits: They become your character.
Watch your character: It becomes your destiny.

With the „Social Architecture of Groups“ – SAG, you receive a science-based inventory for team-analysis, to get hints regarding role behaviour, possible tensions, group norm, leadership behaviour, competition, mediation potential and exit tendencies. By means of a team analysis, which lets all team members rate one another, you decide about measures for further development, to effectively support a constructive way of cooperation.

We use the instrument ...

  • to reflect upon our own behaviour as an executive,
  • to benefit from a versatile feedback from employees, colleagues and clients in coaching,
  • to lay focus on core issues beforehand when planning an event as a moderator,
  • to support a vivid role diversity as a project manager and arrange the cooperation according to each team member´s specific strength,
  • to spot conflict in the course of change and to choose appropriate interventions as change agent,
  • to deal with processes of group dynamics in training,
  • to exchange opinions with colleagues about interventions as a consultant,
  • to make different cultures visible within mergers as a organisational developer.

Benefit of Social Team Testing at a glance:

Transparent: Data gives a good introduction for a dialogue about fields of development, e.g. in the course of a team building intervention. It´s a worthwile 15 minute investment. After completing the survey (online, via e-mail or as paper-pencil version), you receive a computer-assisted analysis with the most important hints to the team´s capabilities as well as to possibilities for it´s development.

Personal: You talk about more profound clues about your team in a counselling interview with a professionally trained SAG-supervisor.

Well-founded: The concept has been developed in a long-lasting cooperation with Prof. Alexander Redlich from the University of Hamburg. It has been adapted and tested by „Soziale Teamarchitekten“ for several fields of praxis.
